Pre approval and calendar

I pre approved a guest and now it is showing on my calendar as unavailable b/c a different guest requested the same booking. How do i resolve this so that the first guest that requested is able to book it?

I assume you have Instant Booking turned on.  If so, Guest No. 1 is out of luck.  Pre-approval lasts 24 hours but it does NOT block your dates so it's always a good idea to tell guests that pre-approval does not guarantee reservation will be fulfilled.
