Pre-approval not working.

I have a guest looking to stay. 

They dates they want are available. 

I have no time restriction btwn guests (one leaves the day he arrives and one arrives the day he leaves). 

But it keeps saying the dates are not available.

have you set a "advanced notice" or "preparation time" it might be worth checking these out?

 

1. go to "Calendar" screen 

2. Top right hand corner click on "availability settings"

3. Click on "reservations preferences"

4.Review options "Advanced notice" or "Preparation Time"

 

This might be causing the problem
