Hi, we notice that there are some guest questions in which it does not correspond either to approve nor decline. What should we do in these cases? Should we decline or do nothing? Thanks
You can choose some reason for declining, @Eduardo336, for example the wrong dates in the inquiry. I can't remember others, but for sure you'll find something useful over there.
@Eduardo336, if the communication from the guest is just an Inquiry, then you just need to respond with a message and don't need to either Accept or Decline it. (The red button will say "Pre-Approve" for an Inquiry).
If the communication is an actual Booking Request, then you do need to either Accept or Decline within 24 hours.
