Pre approving and not pre approving

I have had a booking made and confirmed but I wasn't asked to pre approve?? How can this happen ? I also want to cancel this guest as I never pre approved them.

@Rowie0 You probably have instant book turned on? If so, anyone can book without your approval. If you don't want that, change your settings so guests have to send an inquiry or booking request.
