Preapprovals

I am currently trying to preapprove a guest to stay by me but am not being allowed too because of a reservation that starts the same day the guest I am trying to preapprove is leaving. 

 

On my settings I don't need a clean up time. Why is this happening?

Hi @Simone86

In "Reservation preferences" have you set "Advance notice" to "Same day"
