you have an instant booking option so you can cancel a booking if you feel "uncomfortable" hosting a particular guest.
The best would be to contact Airbnb and let them cancel the reservation without any penalties for you. If you have any proof for his bad intentions make sure to show it to the CS ( it can be your guest's bad reviews, or his facebook profile or your messages or whatever make you think he is a thief)
