Price Changes

Currently I have a booking, however I would like to manage and adust my listing prices.  Will this effect my bookings? Or are they "locked in" at the prices that were set when they made the reservation?

I do not want to change my reservation's price, I just want to update the price so new guests are effected.

Hello @Christina238,

Prices and all other things like check in/out times, available amenities, house rules etc. are locked in at the time of booking.

Changes made to your pricing won't affect existing bookings. The guest has already paid at the time of confirmation.

If a guest decides to extend their existing booking to include days that happen to be at the new price then they'll get charged the new price for the extra days.
