Price Tips Have disappeared

Our listing was upgraded to Airbnb Plus about 4 weeks ago and at the same time the price tips for any single day or span of days has completely disappeared via the iPhone app and the web version of the hosting calendar. Airbnb support has told me this is a known issue but its been 4 weeks now and no fix!! I rely on these to get empty days booked. Is anyone else having this issue?? Wouldn't Airbnb make this TOP priority since booked days equal REVENUE for them too?? I'm so confused as to why there is zero fix for this yet.

Did you ever get this back? They have disappeared from our listing as well - probably because we use Lodgify and a platform and fix the prices there - although we have been with Lodgify for six months, the median rates have just disappeared.

Do you mean price tips or smart pricing? As far as I was aware, they are two separate things. Right now, I can still see smart pricing on my listings, but not the price tips. The price tips were totally useless anyway (just a way for Airbnb to get you to rent your place for next to nothing) so I don't miss them personally.
