Price adjustments

I am new to Airbnb and have a question.  If I want to charge someone less than the posted amount how do I do it through the system?

You send them a special offer. Go to your messages with that guest, and on the left there should be an option to send them a special offer. They have to accept it, and then it will go through. Hope that helps, Karen

@Rick40, Welcome to Air BNB!  I hope you have a wonderful and fulfilling experience as a host.  I would also like to recommend you take some time to read the various Help Center articles that are provided for you with instructions on how to manage your listing and how to navigate this platform.  You will avoid many early mistakes that some hosts, me included, learned the hard way.  Good Luck!

What a nice response as well as excellent advice as I wish more Hosts would take the time to learn about the site, the rules and terms so that they can protect themselves from early mistakes as you stated as well as some un-deserved bad reviews.

Thank you, @Eloise0  I really want to be a positive force for the new hosts.  In Host Voice I suggested that new host should go through some online training before the listing goes live.  I am a great example of being an uninformed host.  Hopefully Air BNB will consider my suggestion.
