Hi, I just received a booking for July (which is high season here) and to my surprise, the guests got the wrong calculation so I am loosing money...
I have the night price at minimum €57/night, but due to the high season I have added a 15% raise in the nightly price. To me and my calculator the minimum basis nightly price should be: € 65,55. However, Airbnb gave the guest a nightly price of €57,25...... I doublecheck and the calender show the 15% raise and is coloured, so what happened here?
Anybody else had this problem before? And how can I best address this with Airbnb?

Your listing shows in July a price from 57,- a night to max 70,- a night (weekends)
If you created a ruleset: it will not work if Smart Pricing is active.
