Price drop on a weekly rate drop from 65 to 40

I charge 65 a night and offer 20% a discount which would bring the price down to $52

For a week the price is now at $40 a night = $280, but the total to me is $269 less a $8 service fee

How did it get so low?

Is the guest making an offer?

@David4261 is that for the stoney ridge listing? It's showing me when I put in a week stay that there is a 15% weekly discount plus a 20% special offer discount on top of that.

I don't mind giving 1 discount but how do I get rid of 1 or the other?

thank you

Rachel

@David4261 if you go into your listing & then the pricing section you can delete or amend the weekly discount. And here's a link to a CC article about removing the special discount for new listings. https://community.withairbnb.com/t5/Help/How-do-I-remove-the-Special-Discount-in-my-listing/td-p/470...

Hope this helps & happy hosting.

Rachel:

I hope I have the pricing right, seems I have 2 listings for the same property, I went to delete 1 of them but said it was going to effect reservations on the other.

Any idea how to delete 1 of the properties?

Does Airbandb have customer service or a help line?

thanks

Dave
