Hello. Sometimes I don’t understand why price is much lower after when people booked. I set one price. For example 2100 per night, when I receive the request, I see that price is 1590 per night. Why?? I didn’t set for this period any discount.
@Anna7978 Your listings are showing 3 kinds of discounts: a weekly discount, a monthly discount, and a Non-Refundable option on your cancellation policy which is also a de facto discount. If these were not intended, you can go to the pricing settings under your Calendar to deactivate them. Also, make sure that "Smart Pricing" is turned off - this feature can also lower your rates at any time within the range you've specified.
Hi.
Its only 4 days booking, it’s not non-refundable, it’s not “smart price”.
That is why I am interested. What’s up????
@Anna7978 you are offering guests a non-refundable cancelation option. If guests choose this option they will get a 10% discount. If they choose a refundable option, it will be your regular stated price.
Turn off this cancelation policy to fix your issue of guests booking at different prices.
I can repeat, that these guests didn’t choose this type of booking. And you may notice that difference of 400 rubles - it is not 10%, it’s 20% discount.
