We love Airbnb and have been successfully hosting for nearly 2 years . We have 5 spaces on airbnb and have never opted for smart pricing yet each time I go back to check our listings I find airbnb have changed the pricings ...some guests have jumped on the apparently brilliant offer ( which we dd not make ) and have booked at that price in the middle of the busy season for next year - not the guests fault!
I also have to constantly check that Airbnb has not blocked out days - even weeks of our rooms not being available . it is like working with an enemy rather than a friend .
We pride ourselves on being super hosts but find the contant re sorting airbnb glitches very time consuming.
Help lines ????there is no contact numbers that stay consistant ...how do you recieve help if needed?
Can I ask who else is experiencing these problems ?
