Prices in Suceava, Romania

Hello, it's something that has been kind of bothering me since a while but could a Romanian host tell me why the prices for accomodation in Suceava are so incredible expensive? is not even a major destination in Romania.

I've found prices in Romania incredibly cheap. When you say they are too expensive . Too expensive compared to what @Federico753

I don't know about the rest of Romania. I'm refering to Suceava (city and surroundings) specifically here, an average of 79 Euro the night. That's not cheap, at all.

@Federico753 Airbnb typically charges the guest almost 17 per cent (at least in my city) plus the host 3.5 per cent. That's over 20 per cent in fees.

Out of 79 Euros the host thus receives about 65 Euros before utilities, mortgage, time for preparing, cleaning, etc. 

And then comes taxes....
