Pricing Setting

Hi there,

I listed the intire house , 4 guest max . I set the price that I would love to have for the intire house , but if I go and search the price is 3 times higher. Could someone tell me how do I set the price ? Shoul I set the price per guest or for the intire house?

Your pricing structure is entirely up to you - you set up your prices in line with the layout of the property, your target market etc.  This will vary from listing to listing, area to area, season to season etc.  

If you are new to airbnb you could look at similar listings in your area.
