Pricing a place?

My house was estimated by renterswarehouse at $2100 a month. Divided by $30 is $70 a night. But should include cleaning after services. And it won't be rented all the time.

Well, I guess the 1st thing you should think about is, will you list as a private home or shared home with several private rooms? 

In order to host thru Airbnb you will need the appropriate furniture & bedding & towels (and plenty of backups) and laundry, not just cleaning. Also you will have to pay for utilities as well as basic amenities (like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, kleenex) and some plates and bowls and cups and utensils. Being a landlord and being a host are really really different and hosting is hard work!
