Pricing & Planning Tip - Using the Earnings Chart from Stats

Hello New Hosts,

I was just browsing through the Earnings section under Hosts >> Stats and noticed this interesting chart.

I can clearly see that Summer Vacation, Diwali, Christmas and New Year months are popular due to school holidays as well as the cooler weather in Panchgani during May. I mostly receive Indian guests and so Indian Holidays and the Weather plays a major role for my bookings.

I'm going to make use of this info to set my Price and also prepare well in advance for these peak seasons this year. I'm sure most of you might be already aware of what is the peak season in your location 🌏 , but it would interesting to checkout this chart to see if you can see any unusual trends and then price and plan accordingly.
