is there a way to stop the discount for week and month long stays during a peak period for example I am happy to offer a discount for a week during off peak times but when it gets to Dec / Jan I want to charge the night rate x 7 rather than have a discount for a week? any ideas on this?

I want to set mutiple pricing levels eg 3 night stay, 5 night peak season stay,4 night peaks season stay. how do I go about setting these levels into place

I believe the only way around this issue would be to remove the discounts and give a special offer in the event that you get a request for a long term stay.

Unfortunately, such structure is not possible within the airbnb platform.  Hopefully it will improve in the furture as I have seen many ask the same so there is clearly a demand.

@Jason46    I don't know that this can be pre-programmed, best just to remove the discount when it gets to the dates in question. Go to pricing settings on the listing, scroll down to discounts and you can set weekly and monthly discounts or remove them.
