Are prices charged per person or by room or by listing

Hi,

That's the choice you can make yourself. Normally a listing has been setup for 1 room (or 1 appartment or 1 house etc..). The price can be set for the total accomodation, no matter the amount of guests occupying it (to be set to a maximum). Or can be any other combination, for example:  basic price is for 2 guests, and for any subsequent guest price will increase with the amount you have set at "extra guests".
