hi,

I have a listing which is 120€ per night and if I search my property It is listed under 120€. But today I have reived a booking and the sytem has calculated 4€ per night. I have tried everything but It still says 120€ and if you try to book it says 4€. Do you know how i can fix it? I would really appreciate if you can help me.

Hello @Ayla8 ,

I looked at your listing and simulated some bookings. Seems OK to me. You offer a temporary discount of 18%. The min. stay is 2 weeks (no weekly discount, but there is a monthly discount of 20%). So no idea how it comes to  € 4,- a night... could no see other then a calculated price of around € 124,- a night (before discounts).But you said  € 120,- is set (so why is € 124 then anyway in the booking form. Is there a currency conversion ?)

Thank you very much for your answer. I have found the failure, there has been a special price set for Jun 2018 (Which I don't have any clue how did happen but I am happy that I have figured out), that is why the system was keep confirming 4€ per night in June but 120€ in other months! Honestly, I don't understand how the pricing works out but I assume with the service charges of Airbnb it shows 124€ instead of 120!
