How do I differentiate between the rates for a single occupant and double occupancy when setting prices on my listings

@Jenny35, in your Pricing settings, simply indicate in the 'Extra People' box that you wish to charge X number of $ after the first guest. 

By the way, I would strongly recommend that you request a Security Deposit, and that you change your cancellation policy from 'flexible' to 'moderate' or 'strict'.
