I have recently added a new listing to my profile.

I have set the price "per person", but Airbnb keeps charging the guest the "per person" rate for the whole unit. ie the unit sleeps four people, but the guests are only being charged for one. In a short space of time, we have lost thousands of rands. I have notified Airbnb support team over and over and they keep telling me it is sorted, but it is not!!!

Now they have stopped responding to my messages.

I have frozen that listing now, but can't cancel it completely as I have future bookings, all at 1/4 of the price, which I can't cancel, because we all know what happens when you cancel a booking with Airbnb!!

I feel desperate, and can't seem to get anyone to help.

Hello @Anthea15 ,

I looked at both of your excisting listings and the booking form clearly adds a price per person for every guest after the 1th one. So you know to setup things like this, so i assume the new listing was setup OK ?. I understand the "failing" listing is not active now, so i can not check it.
