Hello! My name is Billy and I had a reservation request few minutes ago. My pricing is 300euros min per night and maximum adjustable by Smart Pricing.
However this particular booking was registered at the price of 270euros per night, how come? Can you, please, tell me how I can adjust the price and how can I present it to the guests?
Thank you,
Billy
It seems you have 10% discount, check your settings @Billy72
You can tell your guest the pricing is wrong and you can send him a special offer. If he doesn't accept you have to decline his request.
Thank you Branka & Silvia, I’ll try to correct it!
@Billy72 I think you've adjusted it correctly. I'm seeing the price as €300 per night now.
Not sure if I'd try to get the guest to pay a higher price than he's already seen it at though. He might be cool with it - or he might think you're trying to pull a fast one on him, and kick up a fuss. Could end up being more trouble than it's worth, for the sake of 10%. If it were me, I'd probably just swallow the loss on this occasion, and chalk it up to experience. 🙂
