My nightly rate is set at $139 but the property is only showing up in a property search at $169.  Why would that be? I've checked my entire calendar and every available day is showing $139

Hello @Shawn39,

From what I understand, the price shown on the map on a property search is your nightly accommodation price plus the per night average for the cleaning fee.

When I search for accommodation for 4 adults for 5 nights I see your property listed on the map at $169.

That is $139 + $150/5 = $169.

If I search for 4 adults for 4 nights the map price shows as $177 = $139 + $150/4 and rounded up to the nearest dollar.

If I search for accommodation for 5 for 4 nights then the map price is $202 as you have an extra charge of $25/person after 4.

So the extra seen on the map is the cleaning fee divided by the number og nights stay.

Steve.
