I list my nightly price as $950/night with a 2 night minimum. Why do I see a potential guest listing with my earnings as $1300x3 nights = $3900?

Hello @George288,

If the total, including taxes, cleaning fee and Airbnb guest fee is US $3900 then it may be Airbnb's way of averaging the total charge over the 3 nights.

I selected checkin and checkout dates on your listing of 17/05/2018 to 20/05/2018 and the total rate showed as US$3913 which is an effective price of about US$1300 per night when the cleaning fee, Airbnb guest fee and  taxes are taken into account.

I'm not sure what the tax arrangement is for your area. i.e. whether Airbnb deducts and pays the taxes or whether they are paid to you and you must then pay them.

If that doesn't explain the price then you should contact Airbnb support.
