Hi there can any one help.  I have an amount per day stipulated on my calendar.   But when the guests booked it was detailed as a completely diff price.  Much lower than on the caldender pricing!   I had to decline the guest as it a quarter of the price rate.  Why did this happen?  Never happened before. I am a super host and have been on Airbnb for 4 years or so ?

I tried booking my own house and it had reverted and showed correct price ? Help

@Alison27 - it looks like you might have Smart Pricing turned on.  I am getting variable prices when looking at your listing for "Life's a Beach Plettenburg Bay".  There is a 5% weekly discount and 48% monthly discount

"Play Live Relax" looks like you are offering a 50% monthly discount and I could book no less than 2 months at a time. 

"Rock's Edge" looks like it's always $88USD and there is a 15% weekly discount with a 48% monthly discount. 

If you weren't expecting those numbers, you might want to review your pricing on each one.

Without more details (for example: you have 3 listings and we can't see the booking request involved etc.) it is not easy to answer the question. I think you better contact Airbnb to investigate this problem. Provide them with the all available information  Airbnb Help: contact ,
