I'm new  here and I can't understand how does the calculus work.

I ask for a price for a room for night for person or for the whole room?

When I use the authomatic sugestion it seems to be very very cheap for high season.

If you are listing your whole house "entire house", then create a listing for that and set your price, and add a clean fee. OR you can list individual bedrooms "private room" in your house and you would set a different price for that "private" bedroom.
