When a person leaves a review, there is both public and private feedback. Today I mistakenly deleted the message in my Dashboard that my guest had left a review before reading his private feedback. Now I only see the public feedback. How can we see private feedback if we delete the notification in Dashboard? I value this feedback because it often contains valuable suggestions from which I can improve as a host.
Hi Sharon, check your email if your notisfication set up as the email notisfication is on.
I have my own problem: in the private feedback, my guests always leave those best worlds in there, but not publicly, when I asked them why, they'd just say: oh, i don't know what is it about. lol. Orchid
OK, so I think the guest must not have left private feedback because it's not in the email notification from airbnb, but when I look at another email from airbnb saying a prior guest left me a review, I can see that private feedback.
