Problem in setting up host payment pathway

When I set up the bank transfer payment initially it accepted bank detaikls 

Then when a payment was processed it came up as a error.

Now I have tried to re enter by payment details and I cant get past the address page.

What am I doing wrong.

I tried to get direct contact with airbnb but have found no contact details
