Problem responding to co-host request.

Hi. I'm having a problem trying to respond to a co-host request. The only way I can answer is to reply to the email (which comes from express@airbnb.com), but it keeps bouncing back as undeliverable. The sender's email doesn't appear in my inbox on the Airbnb website, so I have no other way of responding, and I can't find a way to contact Airbnb to report the problem. The guy wanting co-host help will think I'm a) rude, and b) not interested for not responding. Has anybody else had this problem?
