Problem with Resolution Center? - Airbnb Community

Problem with Resolution Center?

Houston, TX

Does anyone experience issues with Resolution Center? I can't load it no matter using the phone or laptop, and I tried few different devices but it just keeps saying "Something went wrong. Please try again." (on the laptop) or "The server can't be reached......" (on Phone app). Anyone? I have tried numerous time contacting CS but they said everything is fine at their end.

Help!!
