Problem with a guest

Hi! i have a problem with my guest! i rent my appartment and price is 25$ one day, one person. if two guest will come one day they must pay 50$. yesterday two peope rent my home, i talld them everything, about home and prices and they accepted. today he sayed that the sait took them 40$ and i talled that i’ll back them 40$ from cash, but he want to back all money back. what can i to do? my price is 25$ one day and not 10$!!!!

If two people stayed but only one paid, you can either ask Airbnb to cancel the booking if the guest refuses to pay for the extra person, or you can raise a request through Airbnb for extra guest if you are happy for them to stay.

I don't understand your reference to $40?

Any finacial transactions should go through Airbnb.

hi!  i’ve just few days ago made the site and this man is my fist visitor. yesterday  i told her thay price is 25$ one day, one person. he is with wie, they are two and they payed me 100$ for two days, but today the site took money 40$ from their card, and today they asked me to back their money. i know thay in this site i wrote 25$ price and i don’t know why they took just 40$? they toool only one persons cost. this man told me that he will write the airbnb because i broke the rools
