This is the most appalling service I ever received from any company I deal with.
i have been complaining since the end of February that I cannot add Brasil for the pay out, I spoke to about 20 agents, 3 supervisors, send many ms/ email and each time people apologise for the trouble, saying they will look into it, and so far nothing has happened.
I have bills/mortgage to pay and nobody can find a solution, I would expect a much better service for the fee i am paying to AIRBNB.

Thank you for the link, but its not helpfull at all. They are all talking about the same probkem without a solution.
Airbnb is a international company and it is unacetable that you dont know the solution for this problem.
