Profile photo doesn't update

Hi everyone,

I am using facebook as login mechanism, but for some reason I still have the same avatar since I joined Airbnb back in 2015.

Since then it was changed, but it seems like Airbnb keeps the old one, and there is no option to change it either.

Does anyone know a possible solution?
