Proof of the number of days my property has been available.

In order to pay a reduced council rate on my property, I have to supply written evidence of how many days/year the property has been available through airbnb. My own personal calendar (a scruffy notebook) is not 'proof'. The man in the council office seemed to suggest that other airbnb users had supplied emails from airbnb that fitted the bill, but I can't see any way of asking airbnb. Has anyone got any suggestions? Thanks. Annie

If you go to your Dashboard and then hit "Stats", then Earnings, it'll show how many nights you had booked & unbooked - so I guess the total of the two would show how many nights were made available per month/year. I don't know how accurate those numbers are - would be good to check against your personal calendar!
