My guest let the Jacuzzi/ tub overflow the water went on the master bedroom floor both tile and hardwood, master  bedroom closet which is  hardwood, then to the   underoom directlyr under the bathroom ceiling also to the hardwood  floor, it went on the kitchen ceiling a little then all the way to the basement to the ceiling and laminate flooring. I contacted airbnb they just sent me an email to fill out the guarantee form and l haven't heard from the case manager l'm now very frustrated since this happened Saturday. When l call they say no one has looked at my case yet..

They said thier sending their own insurance adjuster but was not given a time frame if when that will happen..

I guess it will take up to 3 weeks because their asking if l can host my next reserve guest which is 25th 

I also have had to turn down inquiries some are before the 25th how  can l be hosting while still waiting to fix the place
