Property Not Appearing in Searches

I've been letting out my house for over a year with Airbnb, but now I don't appear in searches of my location - The Afan Forest. 

I had to reject a booking last year because of a close bereavement - could I have been marked down as a result?

@Emma778  I don't think its anything to do with you rejecting a booking, more likely airbnb has altered the map slightly, they are constantly tweaking things. 

Pontrhydyfen doesn't appear on the airbnb map for forest park, therefore your listing isn't included in searches for forest park.

As soon as I zoom out or move the map you appear.

Jeff, thanks so much. I'ts super frustrating as we're a 2 minute walk from the Forest Park. I'll speak to them and see what can be done. Thanks so much 🙂
