I have been trying to find the right category for the property I own and live in with two private entrances. I live in a single bedroom/ bathroom space with private entrance at the top entry level of my home.  There is also a single  bedroom/ bathroom space that is not connected to the upper level and has only a private back entrance at the ground level /walk-out. What property reference could be used for this private back entrance?

Are you renting out one room within the property or the whole property, or what is the plan?

@Charlene134   The category that best fits the guest space as you describe it (bathroom/bedroom unit with separate entrance)  would be Entire Guest Suite.

If the guest area is functionally a complete home, with full kitchen/dining area, it could be classified as an Entire Home listing. However, I think "guest suite" is a better way to convey that the host is in an adjacent unit, so that guests have more accurate expectations of their degree of privacy.
