Property for Sale Question

We have put our cottage on Cape Cod up for sale, but out it doesn't sell soon we are going to open it up on Airbnb again (because we need the summer income). Does Airbnb have a policy on renting a property that is currently on the market? We can always remove it for those months. Does anyone know? Property for Sale Question

You need to ensure whichever period you rent out for -  that your place will be available.

Having your calendar open for only  three month or six months in advance, would seem most sensible.

You'll know as an experience superhost that there are penalties for cancelling booking so you will need to avoid the risk of this.

You can also block out dates in your calendar that you don't want to let your place out on.
