Hi
A person in a recent party of guests injured herself on my property. I would like to start a PL claim. The help centre, calls and emails, are beyond useless. They have no idea what a PL claim even is.
I get a lot of 'sorry this happened'. Frankly I am emotionally fine I just want to do the **bleep** admin.
This page appears on the Airbnb site but when you click on the 'contact us' it takes you through to the standard contact us page...

Does anyone know how to deal with this. Or ideally someone who I can email or phone at Airbnb who is in this department and not some underpaid person who has no idea.
Thanks
@Barbara767 Have you been sued by the guest or forced to pay out expenses for the injury?
Their lawyer has emailed me the bills.
on page: https://www.airbnb.com/experience-protection-insurance
it is written:
so when you contact them just ask for " third party claims administrator" maybe CS reps will know who he is
I'm sure that once it gets going you will be busy but please keep everyone here posted on your experience with this. May the Paperwork Gods smile upon you.
I need to purchase liability on 4 properties in the USA, do you know of companies that will write liability only.
Airbnb has liability insurance, you wouldn't use their insurance should something happen?
