Public response to reviews

I publicly responded to a review left. I didn't realise part of the review wasn't public. They said we had bugs in the kitchen which was bizarre as I'd just had it professionally cleaned and not sprayed long ago for pests. I asked what bugs. I want to delete my comment as the guests had made that part of the review private!!! How do I do that?

It's not possible to edit or delete the comment but you can contact Airnbn support for more help on that. Maybe they can delete it for you or even open the space for you to edit and finish your comment. Maybe, alright? You should try it.

If I leave a public response to my guests review,  will they then have an opportunity to leave a response to my public response?
