can anyone tell me what the policy is for declining a booking request, based on the fact that interested party received a bad review from a former booking stating property damage and not obeying the rules? I don’t want it to affect our AirB&B reputation, but neither do I want 7 people trashing my property. Thanks!
Don't hesitate to deny requests you aren't comfortable with. You should be wary and make sure you're getting good guests. Don't accept anyone without reviews and look out for anyone local (looking to throw a party)
