Quand faire l'état des lieux ?

Bonjour,

Je me permet de vous contacter car chaque réservation est différente et apporte son lot de questions.. mon copain et moi partons le du 1er au 6 mai, j'ai donc laissé la possibilité de réserver (pas de résa instantanée) sur ces dates là mon appartement. 

J'ai une demande de réservation du 3 au 5 mai,  la personne est déjà sur la ville et réserve pour passer le week-end avec son copain tranquille. Je me demandais si il était possible (et si surtout cela présentait un risque) de faire l'état des lieux et la donation de la clé demain ou le 1er mai sachant qu'ils ne viendront que du 3 au 5 mai ? Je n'ai personne pour venir leur donner les clés le 3 mai donc j'ai envisagé cette possibilité tout en n'ayant aucune idée de si elle est bonne ou non. 

L'avez vous déjà fait ? Si vous ne me le recommandez pas, n'hésitez pas à non plus, je cherche juste des retours d'expérience ou des solutions pour accueillir au mieux. 🙂

This is a matter both of trust and of risk.

There is a risk the guests will start there stay on 1th of may. You do not know the guests, i presume, so you do not know you can trust them. Also if something happens (done by the guests) on the dates outside the reservation, you are not covered by Airbnb . If something else happens (burglary) on those dates, it is easy to point to the guests, having the key. If guests agrees and it suits them maybe best thing to do is change the reservation to 1-5 with no extra charge for the guests. Or find another way guest can get the key on the day of arrival.
