Question about hosting

If my rental ends up not renting for about a month will I still have to pay monthly fees to Airbnb website or do I only pay you when it’s rented? Please I need answers!!

@David8685  There are many articles on the main Airbnb site in the Help section for hosts, which you should read to get familiar with the basics.

Airbnb doesn't charge monthly or weekly fees. Hosts are charged 3% service charge on bookings.
