Question about mixed use property

I am planning to buy a property in Ottawa and running Airbnb in it.

 

The property is on a residential zoning, but got special permit from city to be a "mixed use" (40% for business such as law/doctor office, 60% for resident), and the property tax is higher than normal residential houses in that area.

 

Would this be violating the city by-law if I use the 60% of the space for Airbnb, and I (owner) use the rest of 40% for my own business (office for my small company)?
