Question about my listing

I can't seem to find my listing on Airbnb when I search for it. I have tried signing out and searching, searching from a friend's account and even from a computer that in not in my location. Does anyone know why?

Might be because your calendar is showing as blocked till mid April?

I am searching during dates that are not blocked and it still seems to not be showing up....

Update your calendar.

That doesn't mean blocking/unblocking dates.  You have to actually mess around with the text in your listing.

Add a comma and then remove it.

You should be able to see your listing.

i was able to find your listing in a search for properties near the Botanic Gardens. It's definitely out there and findable.

Your listing might not appear in a generic, unfiltered search for Glasgow. But one reason is that there are more than 300 listings in Glasgow. At the moment Airbnb is capping the number of results generated by any search at 300 - thereby speeding up the loading time as well as obscuring the total number of listings in a city. Guests tend to use the map and filters to narrow down the search field, and Airbnb claims that their secret and constantly-changing algorithms customize the results to the guest's prior activity on the site.

New hosts tend to get a temporary boost in the search results, and yours is likely to have recently lapsed. For now, your best bet with keeping the algorithm working in your favor is to update your calendar frequently and respond to all messages or requests quickly.

Could you please  tell me at what point in the booking process does the guest receive the address of the host home?

@Constance19  Your question was not relevant to this discussion thread so if you do not get what you need, you might consider starting your own discussion.  The quick answer is the address is released when the booking is confirmed.  If you are still puzzled by this platform, take a moment to read through the Host information on the Help Center.  I would hate for your to make a costly mistake.  Take care and good luck!
