Question on co-hosting

 Is there a way for me to advertise for the Myrtle Beach area, through AirBNB, that I can co-host (handle the management of someones property here?)

It is great you would like to be a co-host. I would recommend taking a look at the co-hosting page Airbnb has set up, you will then be able to see if there are any hosts in your area who are looking for a co-host.
