Question related to identification of account holder

Not really a question but experience. Airbnb asked that we provide identity information which we had already before but we did it again and after we fulfilled what they wanted, they now keep on coming with many questions, most of them being an automatic translation of English into French, (probably because we speak French).  I cant catch a word as it doesn't mean anything but they say that payments will be suspended if we dont reply. We resent but still they come back with question like the brith date doesn't correspond to "the date of birth of the government !¨" which does not mean anything at all . It says our file is completed but then it says again we need to fulfill their questionnaires. Wonder how long this is going to last.... the beauty of talking with a machine I guess
