@Alexis 696 No. I would suggest your friend ring community services or their insurance company or someone who clears up after floods , . This has nothing to do with any of that at all. This is only about hosting . Are you hosting these people or taking on their problems ? H .

Possibly I misunderstood you . If they book with you you will give them a price but that must be paid and used before they can say it was a cost. Otherwise they can check prices from all Airbnbs not just yours . the insurance company should tell them how to go about it.H

@Alexis696 Did guest send an inquiry for dates they need the STR? If yes, I think the total cost is displayed at that time. You personally do not have to give a quote.

The guest looks at dates for your listing, plugs in the number of people. They can then take a screen shot of the full price that comes up on your listing.

Hopefully you have made it clear they pay you and then claim back from their insurance.
