Quotes for house damage insurance

I live somewhere considered remote, most of the population is retired and any tradesmen are extremely busy building houses to rent on Airbnb 

Recent guests damaged some work surfaces which I want to claim for through Airbnb ,, the problem is no one is going to spend half a day driving here to look at then prepare a qoute for one days work, 

Airbnb want prices on company headed paper to support my claim 

has anybody else managed to solve this kind of issue ?

@Grant21   You might consider taking some really detailed photographs and sending them to a few potential contractors and giving details of the damage.  They might be happy to prepare a non-binding estimate for the work for you
